Ethiopia Natural Yirgacheffe WORKA Chechele G1
strawberry - peach - honey
Size: 12oz / 340g
We reserved this coffee because the flavor profile of strawberry and peach personifies our hometown perfectly. Fort Mill is home to the South Carolina Strawberry Festival since 2009 and our community store since 1980 is named no other than "The Peach Stand". We're aiming to achieve a blend to offer this profile year-round, but when we saw one coffee having all this we couldn't resist.
This Ethiopian coffee is made using what’s known as natural processing, by which the coffee fruit is dried beneath the sun before the seeds are extracted. This process lets the fruit and the nutrients from the skin and sugars concentrate into the seed. The result is a coffee with fruity flavors of berries and stone fruit which ultimately give way to a stunning floral honey.
